Deadline and registration fees

We hope the conference can be held traditionally (in presence, as usual). In any case, we will grant the possibility to attend the conference virtually. The table below shows two different sets of fees, for those who intend to participate physically on-site or online.

The fees are VAT inclusive, all administrative costs (bank fees) shall be paid by the registrant.

For each accepted paper at least one author must have completed the conference registration (including payment) by September 15th, 2022. If an author has more than one paper accepted, his/her registration accounts only for one paper: different authors must register for the other papers.

The fee for the ItAIS&MCIS2022 conference also includes the possibility to participate both in the Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium and in the MECOSAN Workshop

After September 15th, 2022, papers without a registered author will be excluded from the proceedings.

If the registration is done as “STUDENT” it is necessary also to provide a signed letter from the educational Institution certifying this status.
