Deadline and registration fees

The fees are VAT inclusive

For each accepted paper, at least one author must have completed the conference registration (including payment) by September 30th, 2026. In the case that an author has more than one paper accepted, his/her registration accounts only for one paper: different authors must register for the other papers.

After September 30th, 2026, papers without a registered author will be removed from the conference programme and the proceedings.

All administrative costs (bank fees) shall be paid by the registrant.

To complete your registration you must upload the proof of bank transfer on the registration form. Registrations without proof of payment will not be processed.
