He is visiting professor at Center for Medical Education and Health Care, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. Director of the board of Health Technology Assessment International. Founding member and vice-President of Italian Society of Health Technology Assessment (SIHTA) and coordinator of Health Policy Forum. He have been appointed from Health ministry as national expert of Consiglio Superiore di Sanitą (2011). Member of Pricing and Reimbursement Committee of the Italian Medicines committee (2009-2013). It 'the author of five books and over 100 articles in national and international journals.
Since 2001 she has been an associate professor of organizational studies in the management department of the Economics Faculty at the University of Verona. Since 1985 she has held the teaching position for management information systems at the Catholic University of Milan, where in 1995, she became a researcher in the national scientific group of organization studies. In the academic years 1998/1999, 1999/2000, 2000/2001 she also held a teaching position for management information systems in the management department of the Economics Faculty at the University of Bologna.
She was a co-founder and scientific director of Cetif, a research centre for information and financial technology at the Catholic University of Milan from 1990 to 2001. The aim of this research centre is to develop research and organize scientific meetings and national and international conferences in the areas of organizational studies and information systems.
