For submitted full papers, for each paper at least one author must have a regular and completed registration for the conference (including the expected payment) before September 30th, 2010. After this date, papers without a registered author would not appear in the proceedings. |
| If the registration is done as "STUDENT" another necessary attachment is a signed letter of the educational institution certifying such a current status. |
