Her research interests are related to dispersed work as telecommuting, telework, and virtual communities, and his problematic and consequences on organizational behaviors.
Paolo Spagnoletti (LUISS Guido Carli University-Roma)
Paolo Spagnoletti is Assistant Professor of Business Information Systems at LUISS Guido Carli University where he is also co-director of the Master in e-business Management and Consulting. He is a member of the scientific committee of CeRSI, the Research Centre for Information Systems of LUISS. His main research interests are related to the relationship between Information Technology and organizational change. Within this area he is interested in investigating the role of IT with respect to the design of structures, processes, workpractices, and interorganizational relationships. Furthermore he is working on eGovernment, Information Security and computer forensics.
